Excellent location: very close to Downtown music attractions (very short walk), but far enough to ensure good rest. Very close the the Country Music Hall of Fame and various other attractions. Beautiful decor and feel to the hotel. Everything we needed in the rooms - very clean and fresh. Daily fresh fruit provided to all guests. Very nice rooftop bar with great views of the city.

The location was within walking distance to Broadway street and across from the convention center. Staff was very attentive. Balcony room was a nice touch but located on lower floors close to traffic noise including party busses.

My birthday stay at the one hotel was amazing. The rooftop had great Japanese food and a great vibe every night. The restaurant on the main floor was great and I would highly recommend the Nashville chicken sandwich. Also the front desk staff was great specially Rebecca. She sent me a nice little birthday gift to my room that made our first night even more special. I would like to thank everybody at the property for making me feel welcome and at home.

The location was perfect. The beautiful scent throughout was amazing. The room was super clean and so tranquil and inviting. The staff was so kind, they did an amazing job with housekeeping every day. The guys at the valet were always so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast met our expectation but didn’t exceed it but definitely worth the stop.

The comfort level and atmosphere were the highlights of this stay. Walking into our room felt like walking into a luxury room in the rainforest. The sustainability, the food and drink available in the room, and the customer service were all top-tier.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, the natural yet elegant design was very unique. The staff are also amazing; very kind and welcoming. It was also conveniently located to lots of things to do in downtown, however they also offered to take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius to your destination; in a sick Audi at that!!

The location was excellent. Easily walkable to everything in Downtown Nashville. The staff was super helpful with providing amazing recommendations in Nashville and in nearby Franklin. Shout out to Anthony for some great cocktail and food recs! The option to use the Audi electric car for test drives was amazing. We used it for free on two separate days for up to two hours. They also have a house car that can take within a short radius for free to save on Uber expenses.

Wow what a place - it was a last minute booking and we couldn’t have been happier with it. The most tranquil place with the comfiest bed I have ever slept on.!
